ZopDev – Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all ZopDev cloud infrastructure orchestration and monitoring services accessed via https://zop.dev/. It outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding trials, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds. By using ZopDev services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Free Trial Policy

Initial Free Trial: All new users are eligible for a 15-day free trial starting from account creation. You can explore all ZopDev features at no cost.

Trial Extension: If you need additional evaluation time, contact support@zop.dev. A one-time 15-day extension may be granted at ZopDev’s discretion.

No Automatic Billing: No payment information is required to start your trial. Your trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

3. Subscription Policy

Subscription Start: After your free trial (or extended trial) ends, a paid subscription begins if you choose to continue.

Billing: Billing cycles start on subscription activation and recur automatically via your provided payment method.

Monthly Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Policy

ZopDev is committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

First Month Refund Guarantee: Within the first 15 days of your first paid month, if technical issues prevent you from using the service or you are dissatisfied, you may request a full refund. This applies only to your first paid subscription month.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

  • Requests must be submitted within 15 days of the first paid subscription start.

  • No further justification is required.

Refund Ineligibility:

  • Refunds are not provided after the first 15 days of your first paid month.

  • Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, general dissatisfaction, or unused service.

Refund Request Process:

  1. Email support@zop.dev.

  2. Include your transaction ID and a description of your request.

  3. Allow 2–3 business days for review and response.

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Allow 10–15 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment gateway.

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

Cancellation Impact:

  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

  • Access to ZopDev services continues until the end of your current billing period.


No Refunds for Cancellation:

  • If you cancel after the first 15 days of your first paid month, no refund is provided for the current billing cycle.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing month.

Data Retention:

  • Upon cancellation, data may be retained per ZopDev’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Razorpay. ZopDev does not store payment details on its servers.

7. Policy Updates

ZopDev may update this policy to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Updates are posted on the website and take effect immediately. Users are encouraged to review periodically.
