Platform Engineering Hub

Build internal developer platforms that make your engineering teams faster and happier.

Platform engineering is one of the fastest-growing disciplines in software. It takes the lessons of DevOps and operationalizes them by building internal platforms that make the right thing the easy thing for every developer on the team.

Getting Started

Platform engineering is a journey. Here is a practical starting path:

  1. Understand the problem. Talk to your developers. Where do they lose time? What is confusing? What requires a ticket to another team?
  2. Start with one golden path. Pick your most common workflow (e.g., deploying a new service) and build a streamlined, self-service path for it.
  3. Treat your platform as a product. Your developers are your users. Gather feedback, iterate, and measure adoption, not just availability.
  4. Build incrementally. Do not try to build an entire platform at once. Ship small, useful capabilities and grow from there.
