Elevated remediation latency · ZopNight
The remediation queue ran ~3× normal latency for 38 minutes due to a noisy-neighbor on our policy-eval workers. No remediations were lost; the queue drained cleanly once we rebalanced the worker pool. Root cause was a missing concurrency bound on the new spot-instance evaluator.

Console TTFB rose to ~4s for 6 minutes after a CDN cache purge cascaded. No data was affected, only first-paint latency. We've added staggered cache-purge windows so a future invalidation can't repeat the spike.
